Clear billing before commitment
Paid access should be purchased only after reviewing the checkout page and linked plan terms. This policy is designed to support transparent Stripe checkout and billing support workflows.
Hosted Checkout
- CryptoSignal OS may use Stripe-hosted Payment Links or Stripe Checkout Sessions for paid plans.
- Review the plan name, price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, and checkout details before completing payment.
- If a Stripe checkout page is clearly labeled test mode, demo mode, or preview mode, it is not a live production purchase.
Subscriptions And Renewals
- Recurring plans renew until canceled unless the checkout page, invoice, or written agreement states otherwise.
- You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not want continued access.
- Plan access, feature limits, and billing intervals may differ by plan, promotion, enterprise agreement, or region.
Refund Requests
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case unless a separate signed agreement states different terms.
- Refund eligibility can depend on purchase date, product use, subscription type, support history, abuse prevention, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
- Approved refunds may be returned through the original payment method and can take additional time to appear depending on banks and payment providers.
Cancellations
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but may not automatically refund prior charges.
- Access may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless plan terms, abuse prevention, nonpayment, chargeback status, or a written agreement says otherwise.
- Enterprise, annual, pilot, discounted, or custom plans may have separate cancellation terms in a signed order form or agreement.
Failed Payments And Chargebacks
- Failed payments may result in retry attempts, downgraded access, suspended access, or account termination.
- Chargebacks, suspected fraud, payment disputes, or abusive checkout behavior may lead to access restriction while the matter is reviewed.
- Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, card-network fees, and payment-provider charges may not be controlled by CryptoSignal OS.
